Training plan for Haret Saida Municipality

 

After several discussions with responsible in Haret Saida municipality here a description for the training plan for citizens and students belongs to this municipality.

 

Part One: planning

-Selection of citizen’s partner, about 200 persons (60 Residential units) from several neighborhoods, according to the Cultural level and the possibility of cooperation from these residents.

-Selection of schools in the area, three schools are selected (one private school and two others officials)

- Sorting plan proposed:

Due to the bad experience in sorting waste applied in our country, we proposed as a first step to limit the sorting demands from citizens as explained below and then adjust according to the need and respond.

Part Two : (Training activities)

  • Visits to all selected members to explain the objectives and the benefits from our works and to sign contract. (You found the template proposed of contract to be signed)

  • Holding of the first seminar for citizens in Haret saida municipality where all participants will be invited to launch and start the sorting period.

  • Distribution of colored containers for all participants with corresponding bags.

(This seminar will be hold in the last week from December, or the first week from January)

  • Visit all selected schools to discuss the students training program and the legal frameworks for training students in their schools.

  • Two age categories will be selected in each school, the number of theoretical meeting and practical meeting will be specified after the first visit to the school and will be distributed over two month starting from January.

(Pedagogical materials will be prepared for each session)
